Jif Creamy Peanut Butter — 40 oz Jar, 7g Protein per Serving

Product description

Includes one 40-ounce jar of Jif Creamy Peanut Butter.

Made primarily from roasted peanuts, this spread offers a smooth, creamy texture and a pronounced fresh-roasted peanut flavor that’s easy to recognize.

Each serving provides 7 grams of plant-based protein; consult the nutrition information for total fat and saturated fat amounts per serving.

Use it as a sandwich spread, a dip for fruit, pretzels or crackers, stirred into oatmeal, or simply enjoyed straight from a spoon when cravings hit.

The silky consistency makes it convenient to spread on toast or incorporate into recipes, while the large jar size helps keep households stocked for multiple uses.

Rich and familiar in flavor, it’s intended to be enjoyed thickly on your favorite snacks and meals.

Pros

  • Smooth, easy-spreading texture
  • Noticeable roasted-peanut flavor
  • 7g plant-based protein per serving

Cons

  • High in fat per serving — check label
  • Larger jar might not suit small households
  • Not flavored or reduced-fat

VerdictThis 40 oz jar of creamy peanut butter is a dependable pantry staple: familiar roasted-peanut taste, easy to spread, and 7g of protein per serving. It works well for sandwiches, baking, or straight snacking. Check the nutrition panel for fat and saturated fat details, but if you want a classic, versatile peanut butter, this is a solid choice.
