Excellent for repeated use
I’ve used this pot many times for cake pops, Oreos, Rice Krispies and pretzels. It melts without burning and even kept chocolate fine after being left on the lowest setting overnight. Temperature control is reliable and the silicone inserts are very handy. Highly recommend and I’d buy it again.

Letdown — slipping pot and white chocolate issues
The inner pot slipped out of its holder while lifting, leaving the warmer behind — very disappointing. I also had trouble getting white chocolate to melt properly; it scorched instead.
