Victrix Pro BFG Modular Wireless Gaming Controller (Xbox/PC)
Product description
This package includes the Victrix Pro BFG controller, a USB wireless adapter for low-latency console play, a USB‑C cable for wired/tournament mode, and a molded hard-shell travel case to store the controller and parts.
The controller features a modular architecture: a reversible left module, a standard right module, a dedicated 6-button fight‑pad module, four interchangeable thumbsticks, three different D‑pad options and four gate inserts to change stick feel. These swappable components attach to the faceplate so you can tailor the pad for fighters, shooters or general action games.
Audio is handled with low‑latency voice and game delivery plus built‑in Dolby Atmos spatial sound; the controller includes a lifetime Dolby Atmos subscription for immersive headset audio. Controls include patented Clutch Triggers with five adjustable stops and a hair‑trigger mode, plus four programmable back buttons for extra inputs. Further personalization and remapping are possible through the Victrix Control Hub desktop app.
The shell uses a textured, ergonomic full‑size gamepad form with reinforced module mounting points and tactile triggers and bumpers designed for extended use. It’s officially licensed for Xbox and compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and Windows 10/11. You can play wirelessly via the supplied dongle, pair over Bluetooth with supported devices, or use the included cable for zero-latency wired play.

Triggers are overly sensitive
Everything I wanted is here, but the triggers are so sensitive I end up firing accidentally. Despite that quirk, it’s a terrific controller overall.

Fantastic features and dependable performance
This controller feels worth the cost. Very stable, battery life is solid and the app lets you record macros. Being able to switch to a PlayStation layout is a nice touch.

Modular and premium—great for fighters
If you play fighting games with a gamepad this is top-tier. Construction feels premium and I love being able to swap the d‑pad and buttons to keep six front buttons for Street Fighter.

Great for cloud streaming; software needs polish
Upgraded from an Elite 2 and it’s been excellent for streaming XBL to my iPad Pro. Software is usable but updates failed for me; mapping on the fly works well. Extra button set feels cheap, so I stick with the factory rear buttons.

Love the back button layout, prefer wired play
After a few weeks I’m very happy. The back buttons are easier to reach than my previous setup and I prefer the wired connection. So far it’s been worth it.

High precision once you adapt
Very sensitive and accurate controls. Takes some time to get used to but performs very well.

Sturdy build and swappable parts, some scent issues
Feels solid and comfortable with responsive sticks and buttons. Connects via USB‑C, Bluetooth or the supplied dongle. Easy to switch audio modes and button layouts. It did have a strong chemical smell at first that faded after airing out. Menu buttons sit high and rear paddles can be hit accidentally unless disabled in software.

Not comfortable for me, reliability issues
Edges and paddles felt sharp and awkward in hand. Hall effect sticks weren’t included by default and the paid module I bought had stiff sticks and caused trigger misreads. Also experienced occasional wireless drops.

Surprisingly excellent for casual players
I’m not a hardcore gamer but switched from keyboard/mouse for certain genres. The customizability caught my eye and the controller actually handles very well. It arrived in a sturdy case with all the swap pieces, and the layout options let me find a grip I like. Controls feel responsive and precise — a fun upgrade for me.

Unhappy about receiving a used unit
Box arrived marked renewed though I hadn’t ordered that. The pad mostly works and is extremely responsive via the wireless stick, but the D‑pad failed. Back buttons are fully remappable and overall responsiveness is impressive, but I was disappointed by the renewed condition.

Holding up well after months of use
Owned for about ten days initially and returned after six months: still going strong. I play several hours nightly and see no wear. Charges last and it reliably syncs. So far, a solid controller.
