Construction and materials: the arm is a reinforced tapered aluminum core designed to resist bending and sagging over time while supporting up to approximately 800 g. The clamp and holder surfaces use soft TPE pads to prevent scratches on your tablet and furniture. The cradle is partially wrapped to help keep devices secure even when mounted face-down.
Compatibility and sizes: fits tablets and phones from about 4.7" up to 13" (covers popular 11–13" iPad Pro and many large tablets). The base clamp attaches to flat surfaces from 0.2" to 3.15" (0.5–8 cm) thick. Works with a broad range of devices including recent iPads, large phones, Galaxy Tabs, Switch, and e-readers.
Adjustment and use: the arm is flexible and can be manually bent to your preferred viewing angle; the cradle rotates 360° for portrait or landscape orientation. For best stability, insert the device’s longer edge first into the holder with the shorter edge facing outward. The reinforced structure means repositioning takes a moderate amount of force—use both hands when shaping the arm. Recommended mounting shapes: S, Z or loop for added rigidity. Expect a small amount of movement when tapping the screen; it’s best suited for reading, watching, and light interaction.

Hard to find a stand this sturdy for near-13" tablets. It supports my 12.9" without issue, the base feels weighted and the threaded connector is high quality. Totally worth it.
