Use and compatibility: Designed for connecting networked equipment — desktops, laptops, gaming consoles, printers, switches, routers and patch bays — the cable provides universal RJ45 compatibility and works with standard Ethernet ports.
Performance: The cable supports transmission speeds up to 10 gigabits per second and a bandwidth of 250 MHz, helping minimize signal loss over short runs. Its unshielded twisted pair (UTP) construction is intended for typical home and office environments.
Construction and dimensions: Molded snagless plugs protect the latch during routing and removal. Contacts are gold-plated and conductors are bare copper to improve signal integrity and resist corrosion. The outer jacket is a flexible PVC material for everyday bending and routing; conductor gauge is 26 AWG and overall cable diameter is approximately 5.5 mm.
