This product is a 10-foot length of split wire loom designed to protect and organize cables. The sleeve’s standard inner diameter is 1/2 inch, but the braided construction permits expansion up to roughly 3/4 inch so it can accommodate several conductors at once—typically three to five common cords depending on gauge.

The conduit is a self-locking split design: open the slit, lay the cables inside, and the braid snaps back to cover and hold them without extra tape or clips. Because it’s a retrofit-friendly sleeve, you can apply it to existing runs behind desks, entertainment centers, or installed wiring in vehicles without disconnecting anything.

Made from woven polyester braid, the material tolerates a wide temperature range (serviceable from about -50°C to 150°C) and has a high melting point reported at 240°C. It is tested to a UL 94 V-2 flammability rating, giving added confidence for automotive and light industrial uses.

Cut the sleeve to any length using scissors or a utility knife for custom runs. To minimize fraying after trimming, seal the ends with heat. The package also contains ten reusable nylon cable ties to lock the sleeve’s ends or anchor sections in place to prevent migration during use.

Suggested uses include protecting vehicle wiring harnesses and internal engine cables, organizing circuits inside industrial equipment, and shielding household cords from pets or abrasion. The sleeve is flexible for routing through tight spaces and can be repeatedly opened and closed for maintenance or modifications.

Holds a good amount of wires

This loom contains multiple cords comfortably and is easy to cut to size. After trimming I sealed the ends with heat to prevent fray. Visually neat and makes moving bundled cables easier.
