Outdoor
Single Camping Hammock — 400 lb Capacity, Portable Outdoor Hammock
Product description
Designed for outdoor relaxation, this single hammock arrives with everything needed to hang it between trees: heavy-duty webbing straps with multiple adjustment loops, two locking carabiners, and a sewn-in stuff sack for storage.
The bed measures roughly 105 inches long by 54 inches wide when spread out, giving a generous surface for one adult. The fabric is 210T parachute nylon, chosen for its soft hand, quick-drying properties and resistance to tearing and dirt. Critical seams are reinforced with triple interlocking stitching for added strength.
When packed away it compresses to a small bundle about 8.3 x 4.7 x 4.7 inches and weighs approximately 1.8 pounds, so it’s easy to carry on treks or throw in a car for weekend trips. The hammock is rated to hold up to 400 pounds, and the strap system features many preset loops (18 + 1-style spacing) so you can clip in and fine-tune height and sag without tying knots.
Care is simple: the nylon dries quickly and resists grime, and the hammock can be hand-washed and air-dried. It works well strung between trees, on a freestanding frame, or even for leisure on a porch or patio.
Pros
- Very lightweight and packs extremely small
- Strong 400 lb load capacity with reinforced seams
- Comes with adjustable, tree-friendly straps and carabiners
Cons
- Single size — not ideal for two adults
- No integrated insulation for cold-weather use
- Requires suitable anchor points or a stand
VerdictThis single-person camping hammock balances portability and strength. The parachute nylon fabric is soft yet durable, and the triple-stitched seams add confidence for regular use. The included tree-friendly straps and carabiners make hanging straightforward without knot-tying. It folds into a compact sack that fits in a daypack, making it a practical choice for campers, hikers, and backyard relaxe
