Victoria Rectangular Cast Iron Reversible Griddle — 13 x 8.5 in
Product description
What you get: one rectangular cast-iron griddle intended for two-burner or center-burner use, with integrated wide loop handles for a secure hold.
Construction and finish: made from high-quality commercial cast iron for longevity and excellent heat retention. It is supplied pre-seasoned with 100% non-GMO flaxseed oil, creating a natural, easy-release surface that improves with repeated use. The seasoning is PTFE- and PFOA-free.
Size and shape: overall cooking surface measures approximately 13 x 8.5 inches; the full span including handles extends slightly beyond that. It’s designed to cover a narrow or center stovetop zone while still allowing access to adjacent burners for small pans.
Design details: reversible design offers a smooth flat side for pancakes, eggs and grilled sandwiches and a ridged side for searing meats and vegetables. A shallow drip groove runs along one long edge to catch juices. The wide handles make lifting easier when wearing gloves or using potholders.
Compatibility and use: suitable for gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops as well as ovens, grills and open-fire cooking. Reheat on the stove or in the oven and maintain the seasoned layer by drying thoroughly after washing and applying a thin coat of oil.
Origin and warranty: cast in Colombia using European cast-iron machinery and built to a lifetime standard for durability. Small amounts of dietary iron are released during cooking, which can boost your iron intake.

Started to rust fast
This developed rust quickly despite washing and drying after use. Not the easiest to clean, though it seems sturdy.

Works well on my grill
Fits my Genesis grill nicely. The raised logo can catch small bits of food but nothing major. I preseasoned a couple of times and haven’t had sticking issues.

Highly recommend after learning care
This fits perfectly on my LG gas range. It arrived pre-seasoned so sticking is minimal. I rinse in hot water (no soap), scrub gently, dry over heat and rub on oil while warm. No rust so far. People who have sticking issues are often cooking too hot or not maintaining the seasoning. After a short learning curve you’ll enjoy it.

Perfect size for our little household
Love the compact dimensions — easy to manage for a small family. The larger burner creates hot and cooler zones, and the lip keeps food and drips contained. I keep it well-seasoned, so nothing sticks and cleanup is straightforward. Functional and user-friendly.

Sturdy, great heat retention
A little heavy as expected for cast iron, but very stable on stoves or an open pit. I used it as a teppanyaki surface and it worked wonderfully for two people. Highly recommended.

Solid for oven use
Used in the oven at 450°F for chicken souvlaki skewers after brushing with oil. Baked about 20 minutes, rotating — even heat distribution and easy to handle. Very pleased.

Let it warm before cooking
Does exactly what I wanted. It fit two induction burners. Spray lightly, let it heat up a bit, then add food. Clean by washing and rubbing with oil before storing. A bit of upkeep but worth it.

Fits narrow middle burner, heats evenly
Ideal for the slim middle grate on my Frigidaire. Others were too wide; this one matches well. The reversible sides are useful and the big handles are easy to grab. It heats thoroughly thanks to the heavy cast iron and seasons well. My only gripe is the weight — a bit hard to lift into place, but it performs excellently.

Not exactly the dimensions shown
The griddle I received differs from the listing image. Box lists 8.3" x 13" and outer cooking edge measures about that. With handles it’s about 16" long and 6.8 lb. Inside usable area is roughly 7.75" x 12.25" and includes a shallow drip groove. Slightly too large for my plan to keep it permanently on the center burner, but I can still use adjacent burners with some shifting.
