FLISSA Titanium EDC Folding Utility Knife — Lightweight CNC Box Cutter
Product description
Advanced titanium components and CNC machining: The design pares down bulk and weight while preserving rigidity. Key load-bearing parts are titanium-equipped and CNC-finished for a premium, durable feel.
Extended, replaceable SK2M blades: The supplied SK2M blades expose approximately 1.5× more cutting edge and are rated to last roughly three times longer than typical SK5 blades. Blade swaps are done with a one-thumb quick-release button for fast, tool-free replacement. Package includes 10 extra double-edged blades.
Materials and construction: The knife combines titanium for critical components with precision-milled aluminum scales, creating a lightweight, all-metal folding body. Overall weight is kept low for easy pocket carry; the compact handle slips in and out of pockets with minimal bulk.
Design and presentation: CNC machining yields a smooth, refined finish. The product ships in elegant, gift-ready packaging and is intended to appeal to users who value both function and aesthetics.
Cutting capability and use cases: Built for precision and general cutting—efficiently slices cardboard, carpet, drywall, rope, vinyl, leather and similar materials. Useful for crafts, home projects, garage work and daily utility tasks.
Ergonomics and safety: Matte-textured surfaces and an ergonomic profile improve grip and handling. The locking mechanism secures the blade during use and the closed position. Materials meet environmental thresholds, with combined o-phenol content below 1000 ppm.
Quality assurance: Produced by an established tool manufacturer with a focus on consistent manufacturing standards and reliable performance.
Pros

- CNC-machined metal body keeps weight low but feels solid
- Secure locking action and ergonomic handling for EDC
Cons
- Not fully titanium throughout—some scales use aluminum
- Not intended for heavy demolition or prying tasks

VerdictExcellent for everyday carry: a slim, CNC-finished all-metal folding cutter that balances strength with low weight. The upgraded SK2M blades last far longer than standard SK5 types and swap out quickly with the push-button release. It’s ideal for precision tasks and routine cutting, while the tactile action and secure lock make it comfortable and dependable for daily use.

Featherweight with Satisfying Action
Really useful and impressively light — I believe the titanium claims. The flip action is smooth and a little addictive to fidget with. Blade changes are straightforward and the lock feels positive. Compact size beats bulkier utility blades for daily carry.

Among the Best Utility Knives
I own many utility knives and this is a standout. Not entirely titanium—only the blade holder is; the scales are aluminum—yet the fit and finish feel premium. Very light at about 67g with blade, buttery action and no play. Overall quality rivals much pricier models.

Exactly What I Needed
Sought a thin, light blade with a clip and easy blade changes — this delivers and more. One-handed deployment works well and the spring-loaded release speeds blade swaps. Feels solid and looks pricier than it is. Performs reliably even in damp work conditions.

Stylish, Practical EDC Cutter
A fantastic everyday utility tool — feels refined and pocket-friendly. Great when you don’t want to use a nicer pocket knife for cardboard or tiny precision cuts. The button lock is reliable, it opens and closes very smoothly, and blade swaps are simple and secure. Looks elegant and barely noticeable in a pocket.

Nice Titanium Holder, Aluminum Scales
The blade holder is titanium while the outer scales are aluminum, which keeps weight down. Action is very smooth and deployment is easy with the button. Lockup is solid. Would pay more for an all-titanium version if it became available.
