ESPRO P7 Stainless Steel French Press — 32oz Double-Filter
Product description
Exceptional filtration: The press uses ESPRO’s patented, dual-layer micro-filter paired with an ultra-fine stainless steel mesh that’s claimed to be roughly 12 times finer than a single standard screen. This combination captures most grounds and tiny particulates so your poured cup stays clear; any ultra-fine sediment that does pass will settle at the bottom of the carafe rather than clouding your drink.
Paper filters included: The brewer ships with a pack of ten disposable paper filters so you can switch to a very clean, oil-reduced cup when you want a pour-over style clarity. Slip a paper filter into the assembly to remove more oils and create a lighter-bodied cup.
Capacity and use: Designed to brew up to 32 ounces (about four 8-ounce servings) in one press. Brewing is straightforward: add grounds or loose tea, pour hot water, let steep, depress the plunger and pour. The simple workflow makes it suitable for kitchens, offices, dorms and small households.
Thermal construction: The insulated, double-walled body helps the contents stay hot (or cold) longer than standard glass presses while the exterior remains comfortable to hold. It’s suitable for hot coffee and cold-brew applications and built for both indoor and outdoor use.
Materials and safety: Constructed from BPA-free components and rust-resistant stainless steel for longevity. The outer shell is made to resist shattering and the whole unit is intended for long-term daily use while preserving clean flavor.
Gift and maintenance: Its restrained, modern aesthetic makes it a thoughtful gift for coffee and tea lovers. The press is dishwasher-safe for convenience, though the multi-part filter benefits from occasional hand care to maintain peak performance.
Pros
- Very fine dual-layer filtration for minimal sediment
- Keeps drinks hot or cold longer with insulated walls
- Includes 10 paper filters for extra-clean cups
Cons
- Filter assembly needs extra attention when cleaning
- Not vacuum-insulated — warmth fades after a few hours

VerdictThe ESPRO P7 combines meticulous filtration and solid thermal performance in a durable steel package. The double micro-filter dramatically reduces sediment, the extra paper filters let you dial in a cleaner, pour-over–style cup, and the double-walled body keeps beverages at serving temperature longer. It’s engineered for everyday use and travel, though the multi-part filter assembly requires a bit

Reliable, grit-free morning cup
A friend got me into press coffee and after checking options I picked the ESPRO P7. The double micro-mesh delivers clean, grit-free cups and keeps coffee warmer than I expected. It’s simple to rinse out in the morning and the flavor is so clean I often drink it black now. A great addition to our routine.

High-quality but some fines remain
Nice carafe overall, but despite the dual filtration I still notice a bit of fine sediment. I plan to try the included paper filters to get an even cleaner cup.

AeroPress fan but this has its strengths
I love the AeroPress for ease and cleanup, but the ESPRO makes more coffee per batch and delivers very good flavor. It’s easier to brew larger amounts, though the cleanup is messier compared to the AeroPress’s quick discard system.

Keeps returning to this model
I’ve tried many presses and always come back to ESPRO. The 32oz size is perfect for two people, the filtration is excellent, and it holds heat well. A well-engineered, straightforward brewer — highly recommended.

Second ESPRO — pleased again
I replaced a broken glass unit with this steel press. It’s sturdy, attractive and the dual-mesh remains the main reason I choose ESPRO. The insulation keeps my coffee warmer than the old glass version.

Solid upgrade with a few compromises
I moved from a glass press to the 18oz steel model and noticed much less grit and better heat retention. The filters perform well, though it takes a little more effort to clean and it isn’t vacuum insulated — it stays hot for about an hour and then slowly cools.

Filters make grinder less critical
I bought this with a top grinder and found the press’ screens are forgiving — you can use coarser or even pre-ground beans and avoid sludge. With a high-quality grinder the results are outstanding, but the dual filters will save you if your grind consistency isn’t perfect.

Bought as a gift — loved the results
I wanted a durable stainless press for my wife and chose the ESPro 32 after reading reviews. She liked the look and it’s built to last. Following the instructions made for consistently great cups. If you’re hesitating, it’s worth it.

Brews like a tank — and saved our morning
We jokingly used it during a chaotic morning and still came away with a great cup. Robust build, fun to use, and consistently tasty coffee. Highly recommend for durability and flavor.

Well-made but holds back the last sip
Excellent build quality, tight-fitting lid and very fine filter, but the mesh can trap some of the final liquid so you lose a bit at the end. Otherwise a top-notch unit.

Great coffee, easy maintenance tip
Fantastic system — no more grounds in the cup like with a normal press. Remove the outer filter to rinse it; if you do this right after pouring it rinses out easily. Let the screens air dry to avoid deforming them.

Engineered and performs beautifully
This press combines thoughtful engineering and attractive design. The click-lock double filter leaves only the finest trace of grounds, even with a very fine grind. Use a slower press stroke with finer grinds and you’ll get excellent extraction without sludge.
