Burgundy Scalloped Blackout Valance Panels for Kitchen Windows — 52 x 18

Product description

100% polyester.

READY MADE: Each package includes four scalloped valance panels. Every panel is 52" wide by 18" long. A 2" diameter rod pocket accommodates standard curtain rods and allows the panels to slide on the rod easily.

STYLISH & FUNCTIONAL: Use these valances as decorative toppers above full-length curtains or by themselves for shorter windows. The blackout-quality fabric helps block strong sunlight coming in at the window top.

DISTINCTIVE DETAIL: The binding at the bottom is a slightly lighter shade than the main fabric for subtle contrast. That tonal difference is barely noticeable after the valances are hung and does not detract from the overall look.

WIDE COMPATIBILITY: These valances coordinate well with separately available ready-made curtains and work especially well in kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas, and other small windows around the home.

EASY CARE: Machine wash in cold water (do not exceed 86°F). Do not bleach. Tumble dry or hang to dry. Remove wrinkles with low-temperature ironing. Contact us if you have any questions or special requests.

Pros

  • Blocks sunlight at the top of the window
  • Set of four scalloped panels with 2" rod pocket
  • Machine washable and low-maintenance

Cons

  • Bottom binding is a shade lighter
  • Not intended to cover full-length windows alone
  • May require multiple sets for a fuller look

VerdictThese burgundy scalloped valances are a practical, attractive topper for short windows or to pair with existing curtains. The blackout fabric reduces sunlight at the top of the window, the 2" rod pocket fits standard rods, and the four-panel set provides quick coverage. A slightly lighter hem shows at the bottom but becomes unobtrusive once hung. Easy care makes them a low-maintenance option for k
