46-inch Tall Sisal Cat Scratching Post for Indoor Cats
Product description
Height and purpose
Standing 46 inches tall, this vertical cat post is built to let cats stretch from paws to spine. The tall profile encourages full-body stretching and vertical scratching behavior for kittens, medium and large adult cats.
Base and stability
The post ships with an upgraded suction-style base plus anti-slip pads to improve anti-tipping performance on smooth floors. The entire unit weighs roughly 7 pounds and the post itself has an enlarged diameter of about 3.15 inches, intended to give a more substantial surface for cats to grip while climbing or stretching.
Construction and materials
The scratching column is fully wrapped in premium natural sisal rope — a durable, abrasion-resistant material that’s still gentle on sensitive paw pads. The rest of the assembly uses fabric and molded parts for the base and topper, and standard fasteners hold the sections together.
Interactive toys included
This tall post includes several play elements: two fluffy dangling balls, a spring-mounted pom at the base, multiple rolling track beads built into the base, and a hidden mouse that can be pulled from a hole. These features combine to simulate hunting-style play and help burn extra energy.
Additional features
The design is finished with lifelike artificial foliage at the top for visual flair, and a track ball that provides extra motion-based stimulation. The kit arrives in parts with the hardware needed for assembly, and the look is intended to be a modern tree-like accent that fits many decor styles.
Assembly and support
Assembly is straightforward with included instructions for quick setup. The scratcher is best secured on hard, smooth floors so the suction feet can adhere properly; if you run into problems during assembly or use, the manufacturer provides customer support contact information.

VerdictThis tall scratcher delivers what most active indoor cats need: vertical reach, a variety of tactile play options and a natural sisal surface that’s gentle on paw pads. Loads of Features — Keeps Cats Engaged
Taller and nicer-looking than I anticipated. I worried it might tip, but it’s stayed put and feels sturdy enough for two cats to mark and play on. There are rolling wooden beads, a spring puff ball, dangling parts, sisal for scratching and a leafy topper — a good variety of textures to keep them interested. One of my cats now loves a full-length stretch on it.

Good Replacement for a Worn Post
This should be a suitable replacement — our old post was shredded. I expect the cat will like this one.

Four-Foot Play Center — Lightweight but Effective
I got the nearly 4‑foot scratcher so the cats would have something to do besides sleep. Setup was easy. It’s lighter than I expected, so placed on carpet a big cat might nudge it since the suction cups work best on hard floors. The fabric is inexpensive and you can see staples on the rope, but the balls roll freely. Both cats checked it out right away and use it several times a day to stretch, swat and play.

Functional but Could Be Better Built
It does the job, but the instructions could be clearer and a few areas feel a bit flimsy once assembled. My cat enjoys the roller balls and concealed mouse, but the decorative flowers appear cheap and don’t improve the overall look. Decent, though quality could be upgraded.

Cats Can't Get Enough — Solid Build and Fun Toys
Our cats are obsessed with this post and its dangling toys and faux eucalyptus. It’s not a full tree with branches, but they climb the post to reach the pull toys. Assembly was quick; the base bolts together with a heavy washer and feels secure. If the central bolt is tightened too far the base beads bind — loosening fixes that. The suction feet grip well on wood and tile, and it hasn’t toppled during use.

Stylish Addition with Plenty of Activities
One of the more attractive scratchers I’ve had — it blends well with my gray/black living room. Easy to assemble and loaded with activities: a hide-and-seek mouse, four track balls, a spring pom at the base and a dangling pom up top. Very tall — my cat stretches as far as she can. Four suction cups and grip pads help keep it in place, and extra replacement toys are included.

Cats Took to It Quickly
We rubbed a little catnip on it and the cats started using it right away. The sisal tubes have no loose threads and it assembles without hassle. The various gadgets keep them entertained. The foliage is about nine inches and looks plastic up close, and the listed height includes that topper. Suction cups help on hardwood, so it moves less than our older post.

Winner with My Two Felines
My two cats are picky, and a previous similar piece sat unused — this one didn’t. It’s tall and stable; the suction cups help, and the rotating balls and hidden mouse have been surprisingly popular. It included an extra small middle piece and spare toy parts. I removed the fake plant topper since it didn’t add value. Both cats use it often.
