Polyurethane tread mounted on heavy-duty steel housings: the wheels are molded polyurethane for low-noise operation and to avoid marking hardwood, tile, and concrete floors. The supporting frames are made from industrial-grade steel treated with a black electrophoretic finish for improved corrosion resistance in indoor environments.

Each caster measures 2 inches in wheel diameter and is rated for a 100 lb load per caster; a conventional 4-caster setup yields a combined capacity of roughly 400 lb. Using more mounting points increases total supported weight proportionally.

A dual-action braking system locks both the wheel rotation and the swivel action. Engage the tab with your foot to hold equipment firmly in place — useful when stabilizing benches, cabinets, or carts during work.

Top-plate construction allows a full 360-degree swivel for easy direction changes and tight-space navigation. The polyurethane wheels are designed to roll smoothly and quietly while protecting floor surfaces from scuffs or scratches.

The package includes four casters, plus mounting screws and flat washers suitable for wood attachment. Typical uses include workbenches, tool carts, furniture, rolling cabinets, and shop or garage equipment where mobility and stability are required.

Installation is straightforward: align the top plate, drive the supplied wood screws through the plate holes into the substrate, and tighten the washers to secure the fit. For metal applications, appropriate bolts and nuts are recommended but not included.

Quiet and Handy for Solar Panel Rack

Mounted these to tiltable racks holding small solar panels on my patio. The panels are light and now slide into position easily. The kit includes wood screws and washers that fit the plate slots, though the slots allow a bit of play on assembly. Still, the wheels perform well and make repositioning simple.

Excellent Value for Filing Cabinet Upgrade

Fitted these to a four-drawer metal filing cabinet and was impressed by build quality. Movement is smooth and brakes work reliably. The supplied screws and washers are handy but not ideal for metal; you’ll want bolts for a metal-to-metal mount.

Noticeable Upgrade Over Plastic Wheels

Replaced worn plastic casters on a printer cabinet and these are far superior. The new wheels roll smoothly and feel much tougher. They’re probably more than needed for a light cabinet, but I appreciate the added durability and easier mobility. Installation was painless.
