Stainless Steel Math Drawing Set — Ruler, Triangles & Protractor
Product description
Built to endure daily use, these drafting tools are made from robust stainless steel and feature beveled edges to retain straightness under regular handling. Each piece has a thin cork backing to protect media and reduce slipping; the rule, triangles and protractor include hang holes for convenient storage. Measurements are die-engraved so numbers remain clear with frequent use.
The kit contains a 12-inch stainless ruler, a pair of professional triangles (one 45°/90° and one 30°/60°), and a protractor sized for classroom and drafting tasks. The ruler shows both metric and imperial graduations; the set is designed to support technical drawing, blueprint sketching, geometry exercises and general design work.
These metal implements produce crisp lines and consistent angles for architectural sketches, engineering diagrams and art projects. The construction balances rigidity and handling comfort so tools lay flat on paper while still being easy to lift and reposition. Their engraved scales and sturdy build help maintain accuracy over long-term daily use.
Manufactured by a long-established maker of writing and drawing instruments, the set is intended to serve students through to advanced hobbyists and many creative or technical professionals who need dependable, long-lasting metal drafting tools.
Pros
- Durable stainless-steel construction
- Cork backing prevents paper damage and slipping
- Engraved measurements for lasting readability
Cons
- Triangles may lack metric markings
- Larger size than compact school kits
- Cork backing can limit some t-square uses
VerdictA durable, precision-focused drawing kit suitable for students and many design tasks. The stainless construction and cork backing resist wear and paper damage, and the engraved markings stay readable for years. Size may be larger than basic school sets, and some users note the triangles lack metric graduations, but overall this set offers reliable accuracy for geometry, drafting and sketching.

Design choices could be improved
Triangles only show imperial measurements and the corner shape can make aligning a zero angle awkward. The protractor has a small center hole and the cork backing prevents use with a t-square unless removed. Disappointing for some drafting setups.

Almost perfect for drafting
Very good overall, but I wish the triangles included centimeter graduations since metric is widely used. The ruler and protractor are accurate and I found no defects. Overall a strong set.

Heavy-duty tools that perform well
Great for frequent or occasional use. Thick stainless-steel construction and cork backing stop paper tears and make lifting easier. The included ruler is quite long; I would have preferred a shorter 6–8" alternative for compact storage, so I swapped it for a smaller stainless rule I found locally.

Excellent drafting starter kit
Solid starter set for learning drafting. The metal pieces feel long-lasting and the cork underside keeps them from scraping or tearing paper. They’re big enough for standard letter-size notebooks, and the ruler includes both inches and millimeters. The triangles only show inches on one face, which would be nicer if metric was on them too. Hang holes make storage easy. Good value for students.

Well-made with a few practical limits
Beautifully finished stainless tools that resist bending yet are light enough to handle. Triangle corners are slightly rounded for safety and the cork is thin but protective, helping the tools sit nearly flush on paper. Markings appear etched, so they’ll last. Note the size is bulkier than cheap plastic sets and may be too large for small school kits—best for older students or advanced use.
