Product description

Durable construction: The folder features a 100C thickened outer cover with reinforced edges for better wear resistance than standard accordion files. Materials are PVC-free and acid-free to help preserve bills, receipts, and important papers without introducing harmful chemicals.

Deeper pockets and visible tabs: Pocket height has been increased by 0.8 inches (2 cm) so index labels remain unobstructed when sections are full. The staggered tab layout makes it easy to scan labels at a glance and quickly locate the right section.

High-capacity expandable spine: Designed as a monthly bills organizer, the expandable gusset can open up to about 14 inches, providing space for more than 1,500 letter-size sheets while maintaining stability when standing. The 13 individual pockets let you separate documents by month, category, or file type.

Included accessories and closure: Comes with colorful monthly tabs and adhesive labels so you can mark sections immediately. The elastic bungee-style band hooks through three loops on the cover to hold contents securely when the folder is compressed or carried.

Versatile everyday use: Suitable for home, office, school, or travel. Use it for tax documents, invoices, medical and finance records, IDs, receipts, and general paperwork that needs orderly, accessible storage. Letter/A4-size documents fit the pockets flat and tidy.

Ideal for paper storage

Very sturdy and constructed from thick material. All my paperwork fits neatly; it expands like an accordion and compresses back down when not in use.

Perfect for keeping work papers in order

I bought this for my husband to sort his work documents. The 13 pockets let him separate categories instead of mixing everything together. It feels sturdy, is roomy, and easy to carry. The accordion expands solidly and the letter-size slots fit standard paperwork. A great addition to his organization setup — I’m very pleased with the build and functionality.

Visible tabs and excellent capacity

The deeper pockets keep index tabs exposed even when full, which makes finding monthly bills and receipts quick. The thickened cover protects papers well and the 13 compartments expand to hold a lot of documents without awkward bulging. Great for tax records, home office files, or school paperwork.

Labels/stickers lose adhesion

The folder itself is good, but the adhesive labels don’t stick reliably. I often have to press them back on after filing. The adhesive needs improvement.
