2-Pack 5-Section Upright Mesh File Sorters — Black
Product description
What's included: Two upright 5-section file sorter units (a 2-pack) with assembly components and a pictorial instruction sheet for tool-free setup.
Materials and build: Each unit is made from metal mesh panels reinforced with sturdy steel framing to promote airflow and long-term use. The set uses small plastic push-style fasteners to secure the pieces; extra fasteners are supplied in case some are lost during assembly.
Size and capacity: Overall footprint for each assembled unit measures 8.25" deep x 13.85" wide x 7.5" high. Each vertical compartment is approximately 2.25" wide, suitable for files, folders, cutting rulers, mats, or similar slim items.
Expandable design: The units can be positioned side-by-side or linked to form a larger organizer. Combine two or more units to create a custom configuration that fits your desktop, office, or craft area.
Assembly and use: Setup is quick and requires no tools—follow the provided pictorial guide to insert the fasteners and join the panels. Once constructed, the sorters hold folders and slim supplies upright for easy access and tidier storage.
Patent: USPTO Patent No. D890,842 applies to aspects of this design.

Well made; rivet technique required
Good quality unit. The two-piece plastic rivets need a bit of practice to install. I glued mine for permanence and the extra rivets were helpful.

Exactly what I needed for thick folders
Good size for bulky manila folders. A couple small dents arrived, but they’re not noticeable once full and the set is stable.

Easy to assemble — tiny plugs are fiddly
Pictorial instructions made assembly straightforward; I finished in about 14 minutes. The small plastic plugs are easy to misplace—work over a tray—but once built it holds files well.

Build looks shaky but functions well
Assembly was simple and extras were included. Final unit isn’t perfectly flat at every join, but it holds up for everyday use.

Works well if assembled correctly
Fasteners hold properly when both halves are inserted from the top. The white plugs show a bit at the base unless colored over, but a marker solves that.

Does the job despite some flaws
Keeps folders and a few textbooks separated. Took 10–15 minutes to put together. Some dividers arrived slightly bent, mesh can snag folders, and the halves nest rather than fully lock.
