Great function, install needs electrical extensions
Solid fan and straightforward installation. Parts fit well and feel durable. My only gripe is the lack of premade long electrical extensions — my install involved an 8-foot drop in a 19-foot room and I spent a lot of time fabricating my own. If longer factory extensions were offered, it would be much easier. Despite that, it transformed our large space this summer.

Sudden unsafe failure after two months
Bought the 96" model previously and it worked, but this 96" unit failed catastrophically after about two months. It began shaking violently and the motor seemed to slip in its housing without any external impact. The fan became noisy and barely turned. I recorded video of the problem and consider this a serious safety issue.

Perfect for gym spaces
I donated three to the YMCA to help when people exercise. They’re quiet, move plenty of air, and have run nonstop for months without issues. Everyone says they improved the space significantly.

Motor failed after several months
Worked great for the first six months — very powerful and quiet — but then the motor failed. Power is present at the box but the fan won’t run. Would be five stars if the motor hadn’t died with minimal daily use.

Responsive support and strong airflow
Exactly the fan I needed for my back patio — quiet and moves a lot of air. Manual promised quick replies and they delivered. My unit arrived with a faulty controller; I sent video proof and a replacement was shipped within a day. I had to rent a lift for a 25' ceiling and couldn’t swap the controller without renting again, so the seller issued a partial refund for my trouble. Overall we’re pleased with the fan and impressed with their service.
