Toy Story Launching Lasso Woody Action Figure (Feature Figure)

Product description

This Toy Story launching lasso Woody comes as a feature figure with everything needed for lasso play: the Woody figure, a plastic launching lasso, and three small practice targets. The figure stands about 9.2 inches (23.4 cm) tall and is dressed in his signature retro sheriff outfit, rendered in molded and painted plastic with fabric-like detailing.

Woody has multiple movable joints to enable iconic poses and play-action stances. The lasso-launch mechanism provides an interactive element — children can aim and fire the lariat toward the included targets — and the figure also delivers more than 10 spoken phrases to enhance pretend scenarios. Intended for ages 3 years and up. Finish, colors, and decorative details may differ between units.

Pros

  • Interactive lasso-launch feature
  • Authentic 9.2 in. retro sheriff styling
  • Over 10 spoken phrases for roleplay

Cons

  • Lasso performance can be inconsistent
  • Some units arrive with packaging damage
  • Plastic lasso may not reliably loop targets

VerdictA detailed, talkative Woody with a working lasso and three targets offers imaginative play and classic styling, but users report inconsistent lasso performance and occasional packaging or assembly problems. Good for fans who want themed interaction, though results may vary.

Reviews

    Rope actually launches

The lasso mechanism works — Woody throws the rope as shown.

    Stopped working after one use

My son was excited for the lasso, but after using it once it failed. He was very disappointed and we'll be returning it.

    Poor packing, toy is good

Packaging was terrible, but the toy itself works well.

  4. Daniela W. 5/5

    Child was thrilled

    Perfect present

  6. Angela Nichols 3/5

    Lasso won't hold or loop

Woody looked fine, but he couldn't hold the lasso and it never looped around targets — it just knocked them over.

    Arrived opened and damaged

Outer shipping box looked sealed but the figure inside had been opened and was damaged. I bought this as a gift for a 3-year-old and plan to tape the pieces back together since all parts were included. Otherwise it seems like a nice toy.

    Broken on arrival

Avoid buying — it arrived broken before we even opened the box.
