Seasonal
20-Pack Patriotic Pleated Fan Flag Bunting — 3 x 1.5 ft Stars & Stripes
Product description
What you get: a pack of 20 pleated fan bunting flags, each measuring approximately 3 feet by 1.5 feet. They come ready to hang and are sized to work across railings, fences, awnings and similar porch or yard trim.
Construction details: the bunting features double-line crimping and back-stitch reinforcement along the pleats to help the fans keep their shape. The pleats are secured with reinforced metal buttonholes and three brass grommets for straightforward mounting and improved longevity compared with single-stitched options.
Materials and print: the flags are made from a lightweight nylon/polyester-style cloth and use screen-printing for the stars-and-stripes design. The printing method provides sharper, more vivid colors and better fade resistance than simple dyes, making the banners suitable for outdoor seasonal use.
How to use: hang them by the brass grommets on porch railings, around awnings, along fencing, fireplace mantels or event booths. They’re intended as decorative bunting for patriotic holidays—Independence Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Armed Forces Day—and campaign or election events.
Care and expected life: because the fabric is thin, occasional washing, gentle steaming or ironing will help remove packing creases. They’re designed for seasonal displays; with regular outdoor exposure some fading or wear can occur after repeated seasons, but proper placement (covered vs. exposed) will extend useful life.
Pros
- Bright, screen-printed stars-and-stripes
- Reinforced pleats and metal grommets for easy hanging
- Large 20-piece set ideal for decorating long runs
Cons
- Lightweight fabric can flutter and wear in strong wind
- Backside print is less vivid than front
- Pleating and folding quality can vary between pieces
VerdictA budget-friendly bulk set of pleated fan bunting that delivers bright, classic American styling and practical hanging features. The double-stitched pleats and reinforced metal grommets make them easy to display on railings, porches or fences, and the screen-printed pattern resists fading outdoors. Expect lightweight material that may show wear over multiple seasons, but overall these are a solid

Lasted two seasons for me
I put these up from Memorial Day through Labor Day last year and again this year. Washed them between seasons and many held up surprisingly well in the wind. I doubt a third season, but they were a great look on our fencing.

Good value, some fading
Held up well through the season on both exposed and covered porches. A few in full weather faded slightly and some pleats aren’t sewn as neatly as higher-end buntings. Backside color is noticeably duller.

Better than expected
Colors are vivid and matched my porch decorations perfectly. They fit the railing space and hung nicely straight from the packaging. Durability remains to be seen, but very pleased so far.

They look great where I put them.

Solid, long-lasting look
They stayed bright and attractive from Memorial Day through the Fourth of July. Durable enough that I expect they’ll be useful for multiple summers. Would recommend.

Good for seasonal decorating
I’ve used these a few summers. They’re not indestructible and will fade or tear in heavy wind, but for the cost they’re a reasonable seasonal option and sometimes last two years.

Fine for one-time events
They arrive wrinkled so be ready to iron or steam. The fabric is quite thin and will flap in breezy conditions, and pleating quality varies. Adequate for a single-party display.

Disappointed by origin and print
Upsetting that a patriotic item was produced overseas and printed rather than sewn on. The material is very thin and a misprinted area was noticeable. Would have preferred higher-quality manufacturing.

Perfect for themed bar
Looked great draped along the bar for a Western-themed party.
